Privacy Policy

Purpose

Gato Bronco / GoPartners processes account and advertising data only to provide campaign management, reporting, and operational support for authorized users and client workspaces.

Google user data

When a user grants OAuth consent, the application may access Google Ads data allowed by the selected scopes. The app uses that data for reporting, campaign creation, campaign management, diagnostics, and audit logs requested by the authorized account holder.

Spotify and GoMusicHall

When you connect Spotify to GoMusicHall, we receive your Spotify account identifier, display name, and authorization tokens. We use them only to create and edit playlists that you request from your personal GoMusicHall account. Tokens are stored encrypted and are not shown to other users. Playlist links, place labels and curatorial notes are kept with your account.

You can disconnect the account in GoMusicHall at any time. This removes the locally stored Spotify account identifier and authorization tokens and stops future access through this integration. You can also revoke the app in your Spotify account settings. Contact us through the data deletion instructions below for a data request.

Storage and sharing

Operational data is stored in controlled backend systems and is not sold. Access is limited to authorized operators and client workspaces through authenticated, role-based access controls. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS and production secrets are managed outside application source code.

Data may be shared only with service providers required to operate hosting, storage, analytics, or support. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Retention and protection

We retain account, campaign, and audit information only for the operational, contractual, legal, and security purposes for which it was collected. Access is logged and limited to the minimum personnel and systems required to provide the authorized service. We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Revocation and deletion

Users can revoke Google or Meta authorization from the connected platform settings. For account data review or deletion, follow the data deletion instructions or contact gbcolorsc@gmail.com.
